Service Description
This option includes:  Unlimited communication.  Assist in selecting and contracting missing vendors.  Contracts review.  Planning Meeting and Final Meeting.  General advice and consultation.  Attend menu selection with the couple.  Creation and execution of the timeline.  Rehearsal coordination (1 hour wedding rehearsal)  Wedding day coordination (Up to 12 hours onsite coordination)  Complete vendor management (deliveries, set up, and strike times)  Oversee final payments to vendors on wedding day.  Assist setting up seating charts, place cards, sign in book and gifts.  Ceremony, Cocktail and Reception management.  Monetary distributions to vendors (final payments and or tips)  Providing an emergency kit.  Act as liaison between the wedding party and vendors.  Troubleshoot situations that may arise.
