Service Description
This option includes:  Unlimited communication.  Assist in selecting and contracting missing vendors.  Contracts review.  Planning Meeting and Final Meeting.  General advice and consultation.  Attend menu selection with the couple.  Create and manage the timeline.  Rehearsal coordination (1 hour wedding rehearsal)  Wedding day coordination (Up to 12 hours onsite coordination)  Complete vendor management (deliveries, set up, and strike times)  Oversee final payments to vendors on wedding day.  Assist in decorating the ceremony & reception sites.  Assist setting up seating charts, place cards, sign in book and gifts.  Ceremony, Cocktail and Reception management.  Monetary distributions to vendors (final payments and or tips)  Providing an emergency kit.  Act as liaison between the wedding party and vendors.  Troubleshoot situations that may arise. *Additional assistants may be required for larger weddings or multiple locations. *50% Deposit required to secure date. Deposits are non-refundable. *3.5% Credit Card Verification Fee applies *Couple is responsible for the location permit fee and/or insurance if any it's required.
